Teays Valley High School Athletics

The Vikings Boys Varsity and JV bowling teams competed this past Saturday at the Jim Shaw Challenge Tournament and came away with an impressive 2nd-place overall finish. Leading the way for the Varsity squad was Sam Rodgers, who rolled a strong 635 three-game series, followed closely by Jace Orris with an excellent 600 series. Both bowlers also earned spots in the Top 8 individual finishers, with Sam placing 5th overall and Jace finishing 8th. The JV boys battled hard throughout the day but ultimately fell short of advancing to the next round. Their effort and determination were on full display, led by Grayson Schraw with a 435 three-game series, followed by Alex Huhn with a 417 series. Great job by all our Vikings for representing our school with pride and competitiveness!
