The Men and Women's Track teams took 3rd at the Bloom Carroll tri this weekend. The Vikings finished with 14 points on the men's side, and 17 points on the women's side. Fairfield Union won the event, scoring 102 points on the men's side, and 76 on the women's side. The women were led by Kate Charter's win in the 1600 in 5:43.74. Kate also took 2nd in the 800 in a time of 2:33.16. The 4 x 800 relay team of Khloe Maxwell, Miley Maxwell, Iris Lanas Garcia, and Bethany Wickline also took 2nd place in a time of 10:45.94 The men had multiple 2nd place finishes. Peter Graham took 2nd in the discus with a throw of 123'5". Xavier Clay finished 2nd in the 400 with a time of 53.71. In addition, Logan Moore took 2nd in the 1600 with a 4:51.32. The Vikings will return to action on Tuesday for Senior Night.
