The boys Varsity golf team opened up the fall season with a 6th place finish at the Polar Bear Invitational at Chippewa Golf Club. Sophomore Deacon Kroeger was Co-Medalist carding a one under par 70, while Senior Noah Hilgenberg shot a 79 on the day. Juniors Landon Sturgell added an 81, Junior Trent Hicks shot 85 and Junior Will Griffith added an 87. Sophomore Jack Mawhorr rounded out the scoring with an 85 on the day. The Vikings will open up OCC play on Wednesday at Turnberry Golf Course.
