Teays Valley High School Athletics

The Teays Valley Boys Golf team shot 314 to win OCC Tournament #2 at Darby Creek. Newark was second with 331, followed by Lancaster at 336 and Reynoldsburg at 341. Freshman Deacon Kroeger was tournament medalist with a 72, Junior Noah Hilgenberg carded a 78, Sophomore Trent Hicks added a 79, Sophomore Will Griffith shot 85 and Freshman Elliott Driesbach added a 91. With the win, the Vikings move to 13-0-1 in OCC Play. Next up for the Vikings is the RBC Classic at Denison on Thursday.
